I kept running into the same small problem: someone sends a .eml or .msg file, and there's no quick way to open it without installing Outlook or digging through a mail client. Most of the "converters" I found online wanted the file uploaded to a server first, which felt wrong for something that's often a private conversation.

EnvelopeTools runs every conversion in your browser. The file never leaves your device — there's no upload step to remove, because it was never built. You can turn off your network connection before using a tool and it will keep working.

This is a solo, self-funded project. There's no company, no team and no outside investment behind it — just one person building tools they wanted to exist, testing them against real email files from Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and Thunderbird, and fixing what breaks.
